Ithaca Bay House (Ithaca)

If the views across the bay don’t get you, the swimming pool will. Beautiful Ithaca Bay house is only a two minute walk to a small beach and a lovely little taverna. Across the bay (only 2 minutes by boat), the village of Kioni is great in the evenings for fresh grilled fish, shopping and cocktails. Owned by an interior designer, the house is gorgeous with white bedrooms, spacious bathrooms and a stunning living room.  £8,000 to £19,000 per week

SPRING/SUMMER/AUTUMN SUNSHINE

Dar Bahr (Essaourira)

If you can escape before or after the school holidays and are looking for a super sunny beach escape with a boho vibe, then the Morcoccan coastal town of Essaourira should be on your hitlist. Built around a central courtyard this atmospheric house is spread over 4 storeys with an organic modern living space moulded around ancient sandstone columns and thuya wood ceilings, with a mix of eclectic colourful lighting and furnishings. Full of 1960’s furniture, animal skins and artisan Moroccan folk pieces it is a true one of a kind. £2,400 per week all year round.

 

ECO-IBIZA

Renovated in 2017 this former farm is pure Ibizan heaven. Set down a quiet farm track off the road out of San Juan it’s all polished concrete and stunning textiles with wood furnishings, contemporary lamps and limed walls. There are 4 bedrooms in the house and a 1-bed casita in the garden, which is also home to a ridiculously gorgeous pool. With solar and wind generators, harvested rain water, a tipi in the garden and lavender and vegetable gardens, it’s haute hippie heaven. £4,500 to £9,000 per week
