You know how trainers are the in-thing now, right? Every Fashion Ed. worth her salt has a pair or two, not just stashed away in the wardrobe for walking to work/spinning/new-fangled workout classes, but worn as a daily part of their wardrobe. I’ve always loved the look of a beautiful dress worn or a suit worn with trainers, it’s just that super-stylish juxtaposition of high and low, which is why Rose Rankin‘s new line is so great. A little bit smarter than your average trainer, these shoes are made from luxurious fabrics and have a high-end feel, which makes them go-anywhere sneakers for almost every occasion. Slightly retro, very colourful and brilliantly feminine, these are trainers for women who want comfort, style and something just a little bit cool.

Ooh, thanks for alerting me to this new designer. I am totally in love with those lilac hi-tops/mid-tops/low-tops – what do you call those?!

I’ve just checked out her website and they are mid-tops! I thought I was making up a style as I’ve only heard of high-tops and low-tops!

Woweee – we love these trainers – the colours are fantastic and the retro vibe is great! Love Rose’s story about painting her pink trainers black to be more tomboyish! She’s clearly done a you turn with those gorgeous silver high-tops! Great story and great new brand. Well done Rose!

after going through a few of the articles I realized it’s new to me.

Nonetheless, I’m definitely happy I discovered it
and I’ll be book-marking it and checking back often!
