You know when you see a look on someone and want to chase them down the street to ask where they got it? That’s exactly where we are here.
As much I enjoy what’s on the catwalks, what’s off them is more relevant to what I might actually wear, hence this street style steal from Paris Fashion Week. I clocked this picture and mentally swooned. I love the combination of casually rolled-up jeans, statement heels and vivid fuchsia coat. That belt bag now (or whatever we are calling the rebirth of the bum bag), I am less sure about. However, I am willing to be convinced. I remember a time when I told Alex I was unconvinced about pointed-toe flats i.e. the shoe I wear 90-odd per cent of the time. In my defence, I was 22 and relatively clueless, but still.
I also thought, “hey I could do that”. And so I found I could. (I threw in the earrings because I saw them and they are fabulous. Just the right side of statement.)
