Object of (weekend) lust: me and her

These are just about the prettiest tutus I’ve ever seen. I quite fancy one myself (although I would look a bit mad, rather than adorable, sporting it). My little girl is an enthusiastic, if not entirely proficient dancer (unlike one of her friends, who is something of a mini rock god in the making. He even has the hair for it). This would really enhance the dancing experience, I feel. These gloves are not so pretty. But they do look like the warmest things I could slip on my hands right now. I see they are back on the shelves and I am itching to get my hands…

Object of Lust: Anton Heunis jewellery

I love wearing evening sparkle by day. Just call me a magpie. A sequinned skirt, a chunky necklace – I’m all over it. What’s more, it’s now in the my-wardrobe sale. Joy.                     Image: Kabiri…

How could you not fall in love with this beautiful dress from quirky Spanish brand Hoss Intropia? Yes, it may be erring on the more expensive side, but just think of it as an investment. Something to be worn from day through to evening, autumn through winter into spring and summer, from 2013 to…You get the picture… If that dress doesn’t float your sartorial boat, then how about this one from By Malene Birger? Tapping nicely into the monochrome trend, it fits beautifully and has a rather chic black open back. The best thing? It is now £95, down from £225 in the sale…  …
