Okay. Three of them.

First up: an ultra-flattering maxi

Make no mistake, that empire line and panelled mid-section are going to do all kinds of good things. And, as we all know, nautical stripes are ever-chic.

This will be the dress  that keeps on giving this summer. 1. You can wear it with flats at the weekend for lunch/shopping/a jaunt around town. 2. Dress it up for work or a wedding with heels (wedges would be cute, here, especially for a wedding). Okay, it’s not bargaintastic, but – firstly – the quality of Jaeger Boutique clothes is very good indeed – they look and feel more expensive than they are; and secondly, there are lots of great details which make it feel special (icky word. Disclaimer: I am recovering from a hangover) – like a wrapover back and that just-the-right-side-of-ladylike bow. Um, I think I might have to order it right this second.

3. Printed

This dress is definitely more Alex than it is Natasha. (Alex can pull off things I can only dream of wearing; it is with love and no resentment in my heart that I admit she just looks cooler than I do. I am preppy. She is hip. End of.) It’s a pretty fabulous little frock at a great price – note the cut-out detail on the shoulder – it even has hidden pockets. Pockets – the luxury! I can see it teamed with bare brown legs and tan sandals.
