I don’t know about you – but come autumn, my mind turns to my home. The garden has had its day of glory, now it’s time to zhush your interior. I am pondering what to do with my bookshelves (I have a LOT of books, insufficient shelf space and insufficient willpower to discard excess reading matter). Fortunately, I found this wonderful gallery on the always fabulous Lonny: 158 ways with books. I shall be studying/wishing my bookshelves looked like this.
Whilst I love a statement necklace, the necklace I wear the most is a delicate gold chain with an alphabet charm by Laura Lee; and I love layering fine bracelets. So I was thrilled to stumble across Laura Gravestock‘s beautiful, witty, affordable jewellery. I want it all.
Because I am doing that thing whereby you put off what you need to today by doing what you’ll need to do next month (does anyone else do this? Just me?), I have been thinking about C’s birthday – in the process becoming addicted to Alex & Alexa. I knew they sold fabulous clothes for babies and children, but there’s also a brilliantly curated selection of toys and decor goodies to keep you (okay, me) clicking for hours. I limit mys wishlist to four items or this would be in danger of being non-sponsored sponsored post. The Butter Flying mobile alone is enough to make me want another baby…
I am in the market for a new cleanser – given that mine is at the stage of being s-q-u-e-e-z-e-d to eek out the last drops. I have tried a few in my time – my skin is fairly sensitive, so fragrance is a big no-no, which tends to wipe out a swathe of offerings (including many from the big name brands). I love Eve Lom’s legendary cleanser, Liz Earle’s Cleanse & Polish and Nude’s Cleansing Facial Oil are all old friends, but I rather fancy trying something new from REN (home to the Best Shower/Bath Products Ever).
